Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Orders received weekdays by 12:00pm EST will usually ship within 72 hours. All orders are shipped from Massachusetts via US Postal Service, with varying rates and delivery times. For orders $75.00 and over free standard shipping is available.

Free local delivery may be available to certain cities and towns (see link for more information).

At this time I am unable to ship internationally.

Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Items must be unused and in the original condition that you received them
  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, contact me at support@nathalieroyston.com. Please mail your return with the order number to:

At this time I do not provide free shipping on returns. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once I have received, inspected and approved your item for return, I will notify you that the item has been received and approved for refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

I cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you'd like is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
